PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 7, 2023 at 11:59PM EDT | After this time, onsite registration may be available on a space-permitting basis.
Payment is due at the time of registration, if paying by credit card or MIT Cost Object, or upon receipt of your auto-generated email confirmation. The confirmation will include a link to access your invoice.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellations and other changes may be made online until June 7, 2023 at 11:59PM EDT. To cancel or make a change after that date, please send email to [email protected]. 

Refunds for conference cancellations received in writing by June 7, 2023 at 11:59PM EDT will be granted less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the paid registration. No refunds will be given after June 7.

No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers’ discretion, may be refunded via check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the payment.

Please remember that cancelling or changing your conference registration will not automatically cancel or change any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made. MIT takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should the MIT World Real Estate Forum be cancelled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
