Responsibilities:
Search for potential investors interested in financing investment projects in the real estate sector.
Analyze market trends to determine where our customers' demand is going.
Understanding the functioning of the local market to determine growth opportunities. Analysis of the real estate market in the assigned area.
Elaboration of the business plan.
Elaboration of commercial proposals and negotiation of terms and conditions.
Creation and implementation of action plans to attract investments.
Establishment and monitoring of the objectives set for the commercial team.
Accompaniment and control of the commercial process.
Elaboration of sales and investment reports.
Customer portfolio support and loyalty.
Commercial visits to capture potential customers.
Keep up to date with the latest trends in Marketing in the real estate sector.
Supervision of marketing strategies.
Establish long-term relationships with potential investors and/or lenders.
Relationship management with image brokers.

Specific capabilities:
Português: Native
English level: Fluent (reading, writing, listening and speaking) is mandatory.
Spanish level: Intermediate/advanced (reading, writing, listening and speaking) will be a differential.
Graduate Professional: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Communication or related careers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and/or marketing areas in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in structuring new businesses.
Knowledge of marketing tools in general.
Excellent planning, organization and public speaking skills.
