Description: Responsible for screening (receiving and analyzing) business opportunities from brokers/owners. Management of the internal process of plant development and procurement of construction budgets for the development team. He/she will also be responsible for the analysis (subscreening) of the investment opportunity: business pricing, negotiation of the acquisition with brokers and/or owners, presentation of acquisition opportunities to the committee of Americas Capital Investments. This position will be responsible for due diligence and the internal acquisition process, ensuring that the acquisition occurs within the deadline and supporting the evaluation process.
Responsibilities:
Acquisition of land and real estate;
Analysis of investment opportunities;
Presentations to the Investment Committee;
Control of due diligence processes and internal acquisitions;
Support for the semester evaluation process.
Analysis and evaluation of the real estate market.
Management of commercial relations with brokers and distributors.
Collaboration in the elaboration of the annual business plan.
Elaboration of commercial proposals and negotiation of conditions.
Conflict resolution in the development of the commercial process.
Customer portfolio support and loyalty.
Collaboration in the monthly budget control of the area.
Onboarding of clients/investors for ACI projects.
Prospection of new investment relationships (through digital and analogical media).
Expansion and maintenance of relationships: profiling new and existing investment clients to secure investments. Periodic monitoring of all investment accounts.
Development/collaboration with partner-managers and the marketing team in the creation of investment strategies.
Structuring and assembly of investment projects, analysis of investment capital, memorandums, contributions and commercial agreements, among others.

Skills sought:
Português: Native
Level of English: Fluent (oral and written) mandatory.
Level of Spanish: Intermediate/advanced (oral and written) will be a differential.
Education: Engineering, business administration, architecture;
Seniority: 5 years or more working in similar positions with investment in real estate;
Specific Knowledge: Real estate transactions and the Brazilian real estate market;
Software: AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint,
