"Americas Capital Investments celebrates its 30th anniversary. It is a special moment for our company, as it has been 30 years of constant work, creating disruptive projects and building with all the people who have made it possible for our company to be a reference today.

One of the key pillars of this construction is our work team, made up of more than 150 people of the highest human and intellectual value. Throughout these years, this group of people has pursued a common goal: to overcome diverse challenges to generate great achievements.

In these 30 years we generated different achievements, built a portfolio of diversified projects with more than 40 investments in three continents. We managed to successfully structure four business verticals in which we specialize today: business parks, offices, flex-industrial and multifamily. Despite the context originated by the COVID-19 virus, in the 2019-2021 period our investments have grown by 200% compared to the average, thus obtaining results of up to 3X in the investments made.

New challenges and opportunities await us this year. 2022 will find us expanding our investment portfolio in the United States and Brazil. It will be a year of growth and consolidation of our developing companies. We will pursue the goal of continuing to generate opportunities for our investors. We understand that it will be a year of caution due to various global factors, but we firmly believe that we will continue on this path of achievements and excellent results.
