Producer coordinator /FA's

We are looking for a customer-oriented person with good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

We are a real estate investment/advisory firm with more than 25 years of experience and reach in Latin America.

Reports/Relationships:

The Investment Advisor (IA) reports to the Sales Director and acts as a key strategic partner in developing relationships with clients and investors.

Basic functions:

The IA is responsible for business development and relationship management with private and institutional investors.

The IA will grow and manage a portfolio of investor relationships. Responsibilities include acquiring new business through calling/emailing existing clients and leads, soliciting referrals and contacting targeted prospects. A successful IA matches our investment products with the needs of our investment clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acquire investor clients: Prospect for new investment relationships (through digital and analog media).

  • Expand and retain relationships: Profile new and existing investment clients to ensure cross-selling of investments and other company products. Follow up on all investment accounts to ensure that the opportunity has been fully utilized.

  • Develop: Assist the "Managing Partners" and the "Marketing Team" in the creation of consistent investment packages, investment equity analyses, investment memoranda, contribution agreements and persuasive and reliable business presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct experience in commercial banking and/or IA business relationship development.

  • Experience in financial analysis related to real estate investments is preferred.

  • Ability to sell products with proven sales experience and product knowledge with investment clients.

  • Advanced relationship management, new business development and sales prospecting skills (digital and analog tactics).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; strong problem solving skills; strong ability to understand concepts and processes; ability to partner and influence, ability to evaluate risk adjusted returns and pay/performance decisions.

  • Able to handle most problems independently.

  • Sound knowledge of product profitability and real estate investment products.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish. Portuguese (a plus ++).

  • A portfolio of existing relationships is an important plus.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary, performance-based compensation, bonus opportunity and, in the future, participation in the company's equity plan.
